The brief

LeaseChecka helps UK commercial tenants find out if they are overpaying for their property. A free, roughly three-minute check, no lease document required, produces a Property Cost Score and a Property Knowledge Score out of 100, then flags up to three areas worth investigating before a business spends thousands on a surveyor or solicitor. It leads into a paid, deeper LeaseChecka Review for tenants who want to act on what the check finds.

What we did

• Built the free health-check flow: a Property Cost Score and Property Knowledge Score out of 100 in around three minutes
• Flags up to three areas of a lease worth investigating, with an example savings estimate shown against each
• A tiered offer: the free check leads into a discounted paid LeaseChecka Review
• A signed-in dashboard where a tenant returns to their saved analysis

The outcome

A working, publicly reachable diagnostic with its own marketing site and a signed-in platform behind it, currently in active build ahead of a full launch.
