The brief

ScaleupKickstarter is an AI business diagnostic, built end to end for a client from their own requirements. It gives a business a growth-readiness score out of 100, breaks down the areas behind that score, and points to the one thing worth strengthening first, in under 60 seconds. It serves individual founders and organisations running the diagnostic across their own cohorts, and is live in production.

What we did

• Built the full platform end to end: sign-in and access flow, the diagnostic engine, and the results dashboard
• Growth-readiness scoring out of 100 across areas like market trend, customer base, and cash flow
• A dedicated flow for organisations running the diagnostic across their own founders or cohorts
• Invite-only access with a request-access flow for new sign-ups

The outcome

Delivered as a complete, live product built entirely to the client's specification, from first requirement to shipped platform.
