The brief
Seghu is a legal-document-as-a-service platform for the social economy. A guided AI wizard finds the right legal structure (CIC, charity, CBS, or co-operative), builds a funding strategy, and matches founders to the funders who fit. Partner-validated across the social sector, it is now live.
What we did
- Legal Structure Decision Engine: an AI wizard that determines the right legal form and drafts the matching governance documents
- Funding Stack Builder: readiness scoring, gap identification, and a tailored funding strategy
- Funder Matching Engine: profiles 80+ UK social and ethical funders into a ranked, scored shortlist
The outcome
Three fragmented steps, legal formation, funding strategy, and funder discovery, replaced with one guided platform at a fraction of the cost of advisers and solicitors.
